II. Pricing and Payments
The total amount budget for this proposal is $6200.
The payment method will be Check.
The billing period will be every 30th of the month.
Please be aware that the pricing proposed to you in this document is limited and will expire on the specified date.
III. Services Warranty
ABC Digital provides assurance that the services we will provide will produce excellent and effective results. If you are not satisfied with our services, then let us know so that we can adjust the necessary.
IV. Responsibilities
All digital marketing services indicated in this proposal will be handled by ABC Digital. All materials and documents about the client will be provided by the client.
V. Confidentiality
The terms and conditions offered services, and all the content of this document is considered strictly confidential.
VI. Termination
Once the contract ended and assuming that all payments are completed, all credentials, documents, reports, and materials will be transferred to the client.
VII. Amendment
This Digital Marketing Proposal should only be changed or modified by the company. Renewing the contract will require a new proposal and will be given to the clients based on the agreed date.
VIII. Governing Law
This Digital Marketing Proposal shall be governed under the laws of the State of Kansas in the United States.
