The Center breaks the cycle of homelessness through radical hospitality, creating safe and supportive communities.

Welcoming with Radical Hospitality

Whether it’s offering a simple cup of coffee or making an appointment at our on-site clinic, we do everything we absolutely can to make sure every individual feels welcomed and appreciated.

Ending Isolation.
Building Community

Providing a safe, low barrier space, we build community with groups to address feelings of isolation and show individuals they have a team of people encouraging them along their journey.

Connecting to Healthcare and Housing

Building trusting relationships between staff and participants, participants work with staff to access medical appointments, reunite with family, and obtain housing.

Check out our fantastic harm reduction volunteers, Jayden and Eva, and our Substance Use Specialist Cece (+ their pup Apollo)! They've been passing out harm reduction supplies (like Narcan and safer use kits) and providing peer-led education during Coffee Hour! If you need assistance with resource navigation or harm reduction supplies, come visit us Tuesday through Thursday, 9 to 11 a.m. #harmreduction #communityendshomelessness #community #thecenterinhollywood #narcan #saferuse

Thanks so much to @thestreetvet for coming to The Center this afternoon and treating 23 of our participants' animal companions! Project Street Vet also was able to support by linking today's furry patients to ongoing veterinary services! While our participants take great care of their animals, there can be barriers to getting veterinary attention, such as the lack of affordable clinics, <a href=the high costs of medications, and difficulty securing transportation to appointments. We're so happy to have partners like you, @thestreetvet! #communityendshomelessness #projectstreetvet #thecenterinhollywood #vetcareforall #cutecat #catvideo #puppies" />
